After spending too much time around the house over the past month or so, I got out and drove into North Carolina yesterday. Here are a couple buildings I saw right here in town. Window Pains
I believe I’ve recovered the website and even moved on a bit.
Next up is finish up the galleries and add prints (framed, mounted & matted or otherwise displayed) to the store.
Whew! I think the dog and I are due for a hike.

I think it’s amazing that the chrome is still shiny after all these years being abandoned out doors.
OK, it’s time I spent some time on my website. I’m cleaning up old posts and sorting through images today. Why you ask? Because it’s too darn cold to go outside.
I stepped outside this morning and shot the moon.
Peeking through the trees at the moon
The bottom story is built with logs. The farmer said even his horse won’t go into it anymore.
It was 110 years old in 2011.
I photographed this old barber shop on October 30, 2010 in Young Harris Georgia. Over the years I have passed it many times.
It's History Now.
Last week on my way to Sylva North Carolina I drove past it and saw nothing but bare dirt. The building is gone and the ground is scraped clean.
Note to self – Stop and photograph it now while you see it. Tomorrow may be too late.
